About the Role
In the role as a Senior Recruiter, you will proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, leveraging customer data to identify top talent.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage your assigned requisitions and recruiting process through entire candidate life cycle.
Ensures the end to end execution of the recruiting process.
Ensures customer requirements are gathered and leveraged throughout sourcing, outreach, screening and client submission processes.
Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
Collaborate with sales leaders and serve as a secondary contact for hiring managers during key meetings to establish job requirements.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations.
