Job Description
Title: Recruiter – Spend Management
Location: Onsite – 3 days a week in Irving, TX 75062
Duration: 3-6 month contract (conversion end of 2026)
Pay Rate : $60-$65/hr
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Background in recruiting for healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment
- Understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing function
- (Direct spend categories such as medical/surgical supplies, labs, equipment, food, IT)
- Experience with Workday and Eightfold
- Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipeline
- Strong negotiation and communication skill
