Cpl HR Recruitment as looking to speak with experienced senior recruiters in the construction and engineering space for a permanent role with a large fast paced client to support with hiring across major projects in Ireland and Europe based in South Dublin.
Role and responsibilities, will include:
Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial roles.Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns using direct sourcing, networking and agency management.Build strong talent pipelines and maintain high candidate experience standards.Screen, interview and guide candidates through each stage.Represent the company at industry events and track key hiring metrics.Experience and skills required:
