About the Role

Affirm Data is looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team and enhance our recruitment strategy. This key role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with our business goals and organizational culture.

You will leverage your extensive experience in recruitment to spearhead the complete hiring lifecycle, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers. As a Senior Recruiter, you will also mentor junior recruiters and lead initiatives to improve our recruitment processes.

This is a fully remote role.
