We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter who can operate at both strategic and executional levels — someone who brings structure, momentum, and insight to our growing recruitment engine. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments while helping to shape our talent acquisition roadmap in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This isn’t just about volume, it’s about quality, consistency, and cultural alignment. You’ll lead hiring projects, report on analytics and recruitment metrics while ensuring that Monster Group continues to attract the best of the best .

What you will be doing

Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across BPO, sales, operations, and support functions

Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers ensuring a world-class experience for every applicant
