The Senior Specialist, R2R Service Delivery is responsible for executing end-to-end Record-to-Report activities for Anthesis Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. The role supports the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process in line with group reporting timelines and internal control requirements. Must guide junior team members while remaining hands‑on. The role collaborates closely with Local Finance, FP&A, Group Finance, and external auditors to resolve issues, analyze variances, and strengthen the overall financial close governance cadence.
