**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party libraries and SDKs (e.g., Zoom).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including Salesforce Cloud.
- Work with real-time communication tools (e.g., WebSockets, PubNub) to support chat and video features.
- Dive into native code (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) when necessary to resolve platform-specific issues.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership within the team.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, helping them overcome technical challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
