Senior React Engineer

This role sits within a small, highly technical team building AI powered applications used in real production environments. The organisation is going through a cultural shift towards pragmatic, hands on engineering with a strong focus on improving quality through iteration.

The Front End Engineer will be the primary front end specialist in the team, taking ownership of how user interfaces are built, maintained, and evolved. The role combines improving existing front end implementations with delivering new features as AI models, prompts, and workflows continue to mature.

You will work closely with backend and AI engineers to ensure AI driven functionality is exposed in a clear, intuitive, and maintainable way.
