Job Description

The Senior Reablement Enabler role is based with Islington Reablement Service in London. You will support adults to regain independence through person-centred, strengths-based care delivered in customers' homes or their chosen locations.

You will lead on risk assessments, care coordination, staff mentoring, and safeguarding, with enhanced DBS. Flexible shifts across seven days, immediate start, and a commitment to dignity and inclusion.
