Job Description

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Lenzburg, Switzerland, seeks a Senior R&D Test Engineer to develop and qualify SiC/Si devices for power modules. You will work at the interface of R&D, product engineering, and testing, driving reliability studies and test automation.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, with several years in semiconductor testing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Python/LabVIEW. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
