Senior R&D Engineer I Location:Mayo Department:Research & Development Role Overview The successful candidate will lead or support projects within the Core Business Initiatives (CBI) team, focusing on existing hydrophilic coated products and technologies. This role will also contribute to the development and integration of new materials, processes, and technologies into both new and existing products and manufacturing processes. The position requires a strong understanding of medical device design controls and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues at all organizational levels to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
