Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

Shift Timing: Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of revenue leakage.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel; proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) is an added advantage.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, and recommend preventive strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key RCM metrics (AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, collection rates).
