Responsibilities
tender drawing and tender requirements
Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects.
Fill incoming and outgoing correspondence
Undertake early stage budgets preparation and detailed cost planning.
Source for supplier quotation for tender costing
Review sub-contractors’ bids, negotiation of contract order values
Prepare documentation for sub-contractors
Measurement using on screen take off and glodon software
Requirements- At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
- Experience with residential / commercial building projects
- Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
