About the Job

As a Sr Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible to prepare, analyze, and control the project budget based on working drawings and technical documents for Structural/Architectural work, ensuring accurate cost estimates in line with project planning standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review analyses conducted by the team on working drawings, technical specifications, and other project documents (Structural/Architectural) to ensure accurate understanding of the scope and technical requirements as the basis for cost estimation.
• Prepare project budgets based on quantity and unit price analysis to produce accurate cost estimates that can serve as a reliable project budget reference.
• Review benchmarking results and market research on material prices and labor wages to ensure cost calculations reflect current and competitive market rates.
