Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

:
- Work as the standalone QS on assigned projects, managing all commercial aspects from start to finish.
- Depending on project type managing one project or a couple under NEC A or NEC C
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure budget control, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Contribute to the broader commercial strategy and success of the business.
- We are looking for someone who is keen to progress, learn and manage projects from cradle to grave 

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Options A and C.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK.
- Ambition to grow into a more senior commercial/project management role over time.
