Exyte is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Delivery team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role focuses on post-contract commercial management for industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-tech construction projects.

You will manage commercial activities from award to final account, including claims, variation management, cost control, and subcontract administration, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to optimize value.
