Key Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Review and understand project contract documentation
  • Prepare and analyze supplier and sub-contractor enquiries
  • Prepare and issue contract documents to our supply chain
  • Monitor changes in our scope of work and pricing of variations
  • Prepare and agree monthly progress applications
  • Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts
  • Issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims
  • Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates
  • Prepare monthly commercial project reports
