The Role:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead the commercial and costcontrol functions for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. The role will oversee precontract and contract cost management, subcontract packages, variation and risk control, cost forecasting, final accounts and value engineering activities. You will act as the commercial link between the construction team, the client, consultants and subcontractors to ensure delivery on budget, on time and to the required quality and regulatory standards.
