Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Quantity Survey Manager to oversee our commercial, estimation, and costing operations. You will manage the entire commercial lifecyle of our projects, taking full ownership of cost estimations, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) preparation, and contract administration to ensure maximum financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review, and finalization of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) , cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Manage the commercial and financial lifecycle of civil and construction projects from initial feasibility to final account closeout.
• Conduct precise material take-offs and measurements from engineering drawings and architectural blueprints.
• Oversee subcontractor management , including evaluating pre-qualifications, reviewing work progress, and certifying interim monthly invoices.
