Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop project target costs based on feasibilities studies, design drawing and schematic design.
• Responsible for reviewing pre-tender estimate, schedule of price or BQ, design, contract, etc.
• Coordinate with on-site project management, evaluate progress payments, assessing variation orders, etc.
• Responsible for dynamic cost management throughout the project lifecycle, final account settlement, and reporting.
• Prepare project cost management summaries and setup/administer/update cost index in SAP
• In-depth understanding of the company's technical cost index and based on the project executed, propose reasonable cost value engineering.
• Understand the research achievements of data center technology, analyze their impact on data center construction costs, and update the company cost index.
