Job Description

Ernest and Florent, located near Cobham, is seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage projects from concept to completion. This role involves working on 2-3 high-end residential new builds and refurbishments, and collaborating with the Director of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree and at least 4 years of experience within a main contractor. A salary range of £65,000 to £85,000 is offered, along with a discretionary bonus, pension, private medical insurance, and annual leave.
