Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major chemical / process manufacturing site in Teesside.

The plant is entering an exciting new stage, with renewed focus on commercial control, project delivery, maintenance investment, governance and cost performance .

This is a key commercial role where you will provide senior quantity surveying and commercial management support across site maintenance and project activity.

You will:

• Manage commercial and cost control activity across your area of responsibility.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, accruals, forecasts and commercial reports.
• Produce and review Cost Value Reports and reconciliation documents.
• Review and verify contractor valuations and invoices.
