Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial control across a major UK manufacturing site We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major chemical / process manufacturing site in Teesside. The plant is entering an exciting new stage, with renewed focus on commercial control, project delivery, maintenance investment, governance and cost performance . This is a key commercial role where you will provide senior quantity surveying and commercial management support across site maintenance and project activity. What youll be doing You will: Manage commercial and cost control activity across your area of responsibility. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, accruals, forecasts and commercial reports. Produce and review Cost Value Reports and reconciliation documents. Review and verify contractor valuations and invoices. Support tendering, procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
