Responsibilities
- Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
- Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
- Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
- Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
