Job Description

Sembol Construction is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our Ajman-based civil and construction team. You will manage project costs from tender through completion, ensure value for money, and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, proven QS experience (UAE preferred), and strong skills in CostX/Bluebeam for accurate estimating and reporting.
