Senior Quantity Surveyor – Kent (Major Infrastructure Project)

A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major civil engineering project in Kent. You’ll play a key role in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration, working closely with senior leadership and maintaining a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial reports, valuations, and applications for payment.
• Produce client cost reports with full contractual compliance.
• Manage procurement schedules for subcontractors and materials.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Lead contract administration, change management, and commercial registers under NEC contracts (Option A experience preferred) .
