About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil works construction to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and ensuring the commercial success of our infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, and budgets.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Assist in contract negotiation and administration
• Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters
