We are looking for an experienced QS to lead the Quantity Surveying function and ensure effective cost control, accurate billing, and smooth coordination across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the QS team and oversee all quantity surveying activities across projects.
  • Manage end-to-end billing, including contractor bills verification, measurement validation, and certification.
  • Conduct cost audits, ensure compliance with company standards, and identify variances.
