Join a Respected Building Contractor on a Landmark Hospitality Project Our client, a highly respected and established building contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on the construction of a prestigious new hotel development in the Stellenbosch area.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering a high-end hospitality project from construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities - Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
- Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and cost reports.
- Administer subcontractor procurement, appointments and payments.
- Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and final accounts.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and valuations.
- Ensure compliance with JBCC contract requirements.
