Under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, the senior Quality Technician plays a pivotal role in the Quality team, contributing to tasks related to the ISO 9001 certified aspects of the organization. The role requires frequent and direct interaction with various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, as well as communication across all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to executive level. The senior Quality Technician is instrumental in supporting the team to achieve quality outcomes through effective planning, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and improvement methodologies.
