Gentherm México is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to uphold the IATF 16949-compliant QMS across our Mexican operations. You will lead audits, ensure audit findings are closed timely, and drive process standardization to support global automotive customers.

In this role, you will train staff on Core Tools, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with clients and certification bodies to maintain strong quality performance.
