The Senior Quality Systems Engineer ensures that the company operates under a robust, process-based, audited management system in compliance with IATF standards and customer requirements. This guarantees current certifications, access to new business, and mitigates the risk of non‑conformance that may affect global automotive customers. The position offers the opportunity to become a leader in quality management, process focus, and regulatory compliance, with the potential to advance to Quality Manager or Regional Quality Systems Leader positions, in addition to driving quality process digitization and standardization projects at the corporate level.
