Responsibilities:

Lead warranty data analysis and monitor field situation;

Field failure parts investigation, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions; Handle field issue investigations and customer warranty complaints with support from cross-functional teams;

Monitor warranty KPIs and report to management;

Improve warranty process efficiency and cost control

Qualifications:

Familiar with NVH on the vehicle

Fluent in English

Good Coordination and communication skills

Engineering background is preferred
