Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer – Performance & Resilience Management with deep expertise in performance testing, scalability, resilience, and non-functional testing. This role focuses on ensuring that new and enhanced systems meet defined performance, reliability, and resilience standards across complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will design, plan, and execute performance and resilience testing strategies using industry-leading tools, while partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, and SRE teams to identify and resolve performance-related issues. This role is typically delivered in a billable services or implementation environment.

Duration - 6 months plus extension

Work Mode - Hybrid 3 to 4 days per week on site downtown Toronto
