TCoE Manager – Testing Centre of ExcellenceWe're looking for an experienced TCoE Manager to lead our central Testing Centre of Excellence and act as the strategic partner to the Head of Testing . This role oversees two critical streams — Test Automation & AI and Metrics & Reporting — driving governance, quality, standardisation, automation maturity, and data‐led transparency across the bank's testing organisation.

What You'll Lead
