Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  1. Grade 12
  2. Degree/Diploma in related field
  3. 5+ years experience in Quality Control
  4. Professional Registration (FSSC, ISO, SAQI - preferable)
  5. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, processes, and procedures
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Control

  • Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices are followed during operation
  • Supervise all quality and technical activities on the floor
  • Interpret lab results and product testing
  • Ensure correct product identification, labeling and traceability
  • Promote a quality culture on the floor
  • Ensure non‑conforming products are identified and controlled
