Overview

Senior QA Project Manager – Switzerland.

BioTalent is looking to appoint a Senior QA Project Manager into a leading global biotech manufacturer. You’ll be the QA voice across the full product lifecycle, ensuring GMP compliance, managing quality deliverables, and representing QA in tech transfer and commercial production projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA oversight for Drug Product in biotech manufacturing + tech transfer
  • Drive quality strategy, decisions and compliance across cross-functional teams
  • Review and approve key GMP documentation (SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, changes, batch records)
  • Support regulatory inspections and customer audits
  • Help shape QA standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
