Role Summary

We are hiring a QA Engineer evolving into a Quality Engineer (QE) to support our Global QA transformation. This role focuses on end-to-end quality ownership, driving automation-first and AI-enabled testing to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end quality lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release sign-off
  • Drive automation first testing using tools like Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and enable shift-left practices
  • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, AI test generators, low-code platforms) for test design, optimization, and defect insights
  • Ensure environment, data, and dependency readiness before execution
  • Collaborate with Dev, BA, Product, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery...
