Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior SDET / Manual QA Engineer to take full ownership of product quality across our B2C platforms. You will lead strategic test planning, drive automation initiatives, and be the quality advocate throughout the development lifecycle. This role demands high ownership, hands-on testing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execute Test Strategies for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Build & Maintain Automation Frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to boost test speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Product Teams to ensure testable requirements and early QA involvement.
• Own Release Quality: defect triaging, regression runs, and final sign-off.
