Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator

A Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the Fibre to the Home (FTTH) program by performing quality assurance activities across both field and desk‑based environments. You are responsible for conducting field inspections, reviewing photographic documentation, and verifying that completed work meets client and program standards. The Senior QA Coordinator supports multiple FTTH projects, assists in identifying quality deficiencies, tracks corrective actions, and maintains accurate QA records. You have a strong understanding of FTTH construction activities and the ability to apply client standards consistently across residential fibre builds.

Essential Responsibilities

• Work on site daily in varied weather conditions to ensure client standards are met, including correct depth of facilities, accurate location of vaults/handholes and pedestals, and proper installation of customer ducts and fibre optic service closures (FOSC). Aerial facilities must be ins...
