Role Overview

Responsible for QA testing and facilitation of UAT for the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors platform, including integrations and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Lead documentation effort for test case automation, results, and overall QA/UAT process.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document defects during UAT.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release.
  • Develop and continuously improve testing environments and automated tools.
