Senior Quality Analyst

Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a (Senior Quality Assurance Analyst) for (Quality Assurance vertical). As part of the (Quality Assurance) team, you will be responsible for doing (Transaction Quality Audits). Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus within the shared services team. You will also interact with team members located in GCoE locations globally. Exposure and experience into Ops Support Functions (HR,Admin,IT)/Insurance and/or US Healthcare domain is highly preferred. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Define and apply ‘Sampling Approach/methodology ’ to perform daily quality checks/ audits. Create & update ‘QC checklist’ that enlists critical & Non-critical steps in a given process. Conduct weekly error workshops with operations team members to curb the error recurrence.
