Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive mechanical quality control plans for complex projects ensuring adherence to international standards and client specifications. Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of critical mechanical components, systems, and installations, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions with precision. Oversee and mentor junior QC engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in quality assurance practices. Analyze root causes of non-conformities and implement robust preventive measures to enhance product reliability and minimize future defects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in mechanical quality control within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industries.
