KONE, a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions, is seeking a Test Lead based in Torreón to drive software quality across enterprise solutions.

You will lead QA teams, shape testing strategy, manage vendors and stakeholders, and oversee both manual testing and automation across UI and API layers, integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

This role requires 7–12+ years of testing experience, ISTQB or similar certs, and strong communication and analytical skills to deliver reliable releases.
