Job Description
- Define and implement QA strategy for Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce integrations).
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
- Validate retail business processes such as order management, promotions, pricing, returns, loyalty programs, and omnichannel journeys.
- Ensure eCommerce integrations (payment gateways, ERP, OMS, third-party systems) are thoroughly tested.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and Product Owners to ensure requirement traceability and coverage.
- Mentor and guide QA team members; review test artifacts and enforce QA best practices.
