20 DexCom Philippines Inc is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to transform conversations into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in Dexcom’s customer experience. You will build AI categories, tune models, and translate patterns into concrete recommendations with owners and impact.

You will collaborate with QA teams to align outputs with scorecards, validate trends against FCR, CSAT/NPS, SLA, and escalation metrics, and deliver weekly reporting with concise narratives
