Senior Software Engineer - Up to 90,000 + equity - Hybrid (London)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing, early-stage technology company that has proven initial product-market fit and is entering a key scale-up phase.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to take real ownership of a production system, influence architectural decisions, and grow into a Head of Engineering position as the team expands.

You’ll be working on a core product, building new features end-to-end and helping define how engineering is done across the organisation.

You’ll have significant technical autonomy, a strong voice in technology and architecture decisions, and the opportunity to shape both the product and the engineering culture from an early stage.
