SAIC is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to support the Space Systems Command on a program that directly assists the US Space Force. The ideal candidate will be a Python developer responsible for porting a legacy Mission Unique Software (MUS) application to a modern, open-source command and control platform. The selected candidate will interface with Active Duty, US Government, and contractor personnel to re-engineer this software with a focus on creating a robust, secure, and maintainable application. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.
