- 6–9 years of strong hands-on experience with Python development.
- Solid understanding of best practices in Python software design, architecture, and testing.
- Experience working on AI, machine learning, or large language model (LLM) based projects.
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with model serving frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
- Strong debugging, performance profiling, and optimization skills in Python.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also supporting and guiding junior developers when needed.
