Senior Purchaser

Position Summary

The Senior Purchaser is responsible for leading procurement activities for ODRA Road Sweepers, ensuring the cost‑effective and timely acquisition of materials, components, equipment, and services required for production. This role partners closely with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, optimize inventory levels, and support the organization's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain a high‑performing supplier base for mechanical, electrical, and fabrication components used in ODRA road sweeper products.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, quality, warranty terms, and delivery schedules.
